I have not been very fond of self-portraits. But I find my shadow to be somewhat interesting. :)
Here are some of the prints from this year. And yes, I often wear headphones. Normally I walk, and then I always listen to music. All prints are with the John S Lens. The films are (from top to bottom): Pistil, Blackeys B+W, Ina's 1935, Ina's 1935, Pistil, and the three last is Blanko Negro.

Hipstafashion lV
This is the last part of my Hipstafashion series. I used three iPhones (3G, 3GS, 4). On the iPhone 3G, I have the "old" Hipstamatic 155. And of course that gives an extra challenge. I used John S Lens and the Pistil Film. The camera on this iPhone is to put it mildly, bad. :) Most of the prints are unsharp, or too grainy to use. This again creates "artbyaccident", and I think these are really cool prints.

In Memoriam…
The text (and heading) are from a poem by Lord Tennyson, and was completed in 1849. The most renowned passage is this:
I hold it true, whate'er befall;
I feel it when I sorrow most;
'Tis better to have loved and lost
Than never to have loved at all.

Vålerenga Church
As I have previously mentioned the local church means a lot to the community. Both to the people, and to our supporters of our great soccer team Vålerenga. Every match we start of by singing a song dedicated to the church. The church is from 1902. The 18th of september 1979, the church burned to the ground. Only the stone walls were left standing. Tragically, frescos and stainless glass paintings from Emanuel Vigeland were lost to the flames. Emanuel was the younger brother of the more famous Gustav Vigeland. Gustav made among many things, all the statues and decorations at the famous Vigelendsparken in Oslo. It took five years for the church to be rebuilt.
Wether you are a believer, or not, the church is in our heart, and stands for a symbol of the whole area. Here are some shots of the church. Prints are John S Lens, BlacKeys B+W and Pistil Film.

Afternoon Hipstawalk
I decided to do an afternoon Hipstawalk. I have an old iPhone 2G on which I decided to try Hipstamatic as well. It was unbelievable slow, and I can see a big difference between these shots and the one done with my 3GS. I am not going to use the 2G again, thats for sure… Here are some of the pictures from todays walk. As you all can see, I like old houses. It is a lot of them around where I live.

Another Hipstatrip
I was out driving tonight as well. I made a stop at Bygdøy (The Viking Ship Museum), and in front of the national opera house in Oslo. Everything was shot after 1900 in the evening (the opera around 2200). All Hipstaprint is with John S Lens and Pistil Film, except for the pricture of the opera house. For this I used Alfred Infrared Film. The light conditions at this time of day in summer are amazing!
Never To Be Soaring The Skies…
Today I found this broken and opened birds egg on a tombstone. There was still some remains in the egg, but this is a bird that will never fly…
Im taking a ride with my best friend…
Im taking a ride with my best friend… (Depche Mode Never Let Me Down Again) Today I had a little ride on my Vespa, to check out some locations for this weekend. Here is my best friend (Vespa GTS 250ie)…
I visited Madserud Gård, and Tanum Kirke (church). This church is a roman church form 1100-1130 a.d. And it contains chalck-paintings from the 1300s, and middle age sculpures. It is a small beautiful church, located just outside Oslo. The details from the graves are from 1847 and 1877. It is sorrounded by over 12 acres of beautiful park facilities.
